Root canal treatment involves cleaning the affected root canal infected or diseased tooth material. The diseased pulp and nerve roots are removed from the tooth. The canals are disinfected before the tooth is resealed.
The tooth is restored to its full functionality and appearance with a crown, inlay or onlay.
